Our Health Professionals
All of our doctors are fully qualified general practitioners, capable of looking after your general medical needs.  In addition, each has a number of special interests and/or additional qualifications.
 

 
Dr Peter Lewis
 
Dr Lewis has a postgraduate qualification in sports medicine and also special interest in martial arts medicine, preventative health care and minor surgical procedures such as stitching and joint injections.  Dr. Lewis can also consult medically in Indonesian.
Dr. Lewis is internationally recognized in the field of martial arts medicine and has recently been appointed as the international medical advisor for the World Kumite (Karate) Association.

Dr Julie Cohen 
 
Dr Cohen graduated at Otaga University in New Zealand and before moving to Australia in 1999 she was a general practitioner in Hong Kong for 15 years. Dr Cohen has also tutored medical students at universities in both Hong Kong and Melbourne.  Dr Cohen has particular interest in preventative care, womens health and travel medicine. She also does minor skin surgical procedures including removal of mole, cysts and suturing of injuries.

Dr Pearly Ngeow 
 
Dr Pearly graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1997 and has been a general practitioner in Melbourne for 7 years. She has a FRACGP and a diploma in child health. Dr Pearly has special interests in women-s health, children-s health, travel medicine, common procedures (including implanon) and can also consult medically in mandarin.

Dr Mark Choong 
 
Dr. Choong has an extensive background with the Austin and Repatriation Medical Centre in many disciplines ranging from psychiatry to intensive care. As a general practitioner, he has worked in a broad range of community health services including the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service and the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre. Dr Choong has a special interest in sexual health and men's health and is one of the few HIV specialist GPs in Melbourne. A University of Melbourne graduate, he trained at St Vincent's Hospital and has worked in Zambia and Egypt.

Dr Seema Singh
 

Dr. Singh has a FRACGP and a special interest in Women’s & Children’s Health, as well as mental health, travel medicine & common procedures (including implanon). She is affiliated with the Royal Women’s and Northern Hospital as a “Shared Care GP” to look after pregnancies. She speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Dr Naomi Harris 
 

Dr. Harris has a FRACGP, FARGP, Grad Dip Rural and a GAICD. She graduated from Monash University in 2003 and completed her post graduate training in South Western Victoria.  

She has a special interest in sports medicine, mental health, Indigenous, and women's and children's health & common procedures (including implanon). She also works as a GP Academic and at the Royal Children's Hospital.  

Naomi also works internationally to promote and support general practice training on a global level.
